They leave the city of Geneva for a summer break. This time, their cute cat cannot go with them. But. This is not a problem at all. He will be well cared. Their family PA will visit the apartment on a daily basis to take care of kitty, to bring his food, to play with him, to say hello!

Our challenge: client's daughters wanted to attend a concert by Lana del Rey. The artist only performs at the Red Cross Gala Ball in Monaco. All said and done. Not only will they enjoy the concert, but one of the most exclusive and prestigious events in the world, since the guest lists are extremely limited.

Last minute: some of our clients from Moscow wanted to enjoy a luxury weekend in Ibiza, and the proposal includes extraordinary experiences...oh how we love our work!

The family wants to travel to NY. Their first leisurely visit. The itinerary includes: basketball experience, chic-picnic in Central Park, tickets to Broadway shows, English classes, arts and dance for the children, personal trainer for his wife, amongst many other experiences. Our Concierge team is underway.

A client entrusted us with organizing a series of gastronomic experiences to offer to a group of friends; the Best Outstanding Gourmand Experience Worldwide- to organize diverse dinners in their country (in Eurasia) at the hands of the top ten chefs on a global scale and their teams: we had to travel through Asia, Japan and China and other countries in order to fix the details, conditions etc.

A Russian client –a beautiful professional model from Moscow- wished to get Paris Fashion Week tickets for some of the most exclusive shows including, Givenchy, Chloe, Stella McCartney and Chanel, a week before PFW began! She had tried all other concierge agencies but we were the only ones that managed to get her the tickets she wanted. We even arranged for a PA to be in Paris to make sure all her demands were met.

We were fortunate to be chosen by Chef Ferran Adriá as the only Concierge company to organize several of the Last Dinner at El Bulli (the restaurant of chef Ferran Adriá), before their definitive closing as el Bulli Foundation. We organized a Last Dinner Experience for a group of priviledged clientes from different places in the World (Brasil, Kazakhstan, NY, Venezuela, Hong Kong, Peru, London, Shanghai, India…) who came from all over the world –at short notice- to enjoy our experience.
