Anecdotes.

Say it with flowers. Every week, during a whole year, we deliver a bouquet of red roses to a Russian woman, on behalf of a client.

Alberta La Grup was asked to find the perfect graduation present for a client’s girlfriend. Inspiration, then shopping, then preciously wrapped and delivered in time so that the chosen jewellery could light up the ceremony.

6am and the whatsapp ringtone warns that something is happening. A client’s daughter is ill. And the parents are travelling. Therefore the PA quickly organises for her to leave the island where she is spending her pre-summer break, and returns her to her city; the chauffeur is waiting for them, the PA accompanies her to the clinic and informs the parents of everything

We travelled 80km on the way, and many more on the way back on snowy roads, in order to get back a teddy bear that the daughter of a client had forgotten in a private villa, in the mountains of Europe. That night the little girl slept with the teddy bear without knowing that she had ever forgotten it.

A client asked us for an urgent notary to sign some documents related to some transactions of buying and selling stocks... it was a Friday, a bank holiday in the country... we found a notary and we managed to open the notary's office so that our client could sign his documents without paying anything extra.

A client from NY hired us to provide him with a buddy for her 16 year old daughter for a month, whilst she was getting to know Barcelona, as she was here alone studying. The list of activities included going to any concerts that she wanted to go to, dinners, outings, shopping, sports events, etc…everything that she wanted to help her to enjoy her stay in the city. The girl was delighted and went back to Manhattan with good memories.

Roses, roses…roses everywhere!. On his return home from travelling, one client wanted to surprise his girlfriend with roses - not just a dozen, but three thousand covering the entire apartment as far as the eye could see.
